We had our first GLAM buddy meeting two days ago and all I can say is that it was
A LOT of fun. It was much more fun than I expected and I absolutely did not regret going to the meeting. We went to a chicken place and had some chimaek (chicken and beer). At first it was a bit awkward since no one knew each other and there were a lot of small talks. But after drinking a bit, everyone relaxed and the awkwardness suddenly disappeared. We played several drinking games, took lots of selfies and drank some more.

After dinner, we went back to campus and joined the other students at the "drinking" stairs where many local students sit and drink during weekends. We went to a convenience store and bought more alcohol. I can say that almost everyone was tipsy at this point, or at least I was haha. It was very cozy sitting with everyone and just simply enjoyed the evening. I got to know so many friends including my GLAM. They were from China, Macau, USA, Taiwan and Korea! One of my Korean classmates also joined us at the end, and I also got to know her more. If you want to get Korean friends and get to know them more, go out and drink with them! Koreans are usually shy when sober, but once you go out and drink with them, I can assure you that you will become friends very quick!
